Thomas Dybro Lundorf has been head of communication at government agencies since 2007 and has worked with public communication since 2005. He has chaired the communications network of the European Medicines Agencies and the European Medicines Agency during the coronavirus pandemic, and has co-organized Nordic conferences on crisis communication. 

He has contributed to the establishment of the central crisis communication group under the Danish National Operational Staff and has taught at e.g. University of Copenhagen and the European Academy in Berlin. He is inspired by the ideas of political thinkers and philosophers about reinventing democracy that fits the 21st century.
